This event is for Ultrarunners training for an upcoming competition. The 5-week program protocol gives detailed instructions and secrets of performance and endurance. A different theme per week.
As part of my naturopathic studies, I am required to write a thesis ‘Memoir” on a health issue to be treated naturally. I chose "The naturopathy as an alternative in ultrarunning : endurance and performance". In your first ultra, you want to understand the why of these recurrent injuries, to finally have the key to distinguish the different signs of fatigue, overtraining, nutritional deficiency, postural imbalance, weaknesses of the mind, but it is not easy to navigate through the plethora of published information. Indeed, there are many discussion groups, blogs, books, which detail the best way to practice an ultrarun.
